Spent the majority of the week in Whistler. We stayed right in the middle of the village at the Hilton which is always nice since everything is no more than a 10 minute walk away. Spent most of the time cross-country skiing which involved lots of whip outs. Friday we lucked out that it started snowing over night and into the morning so by the time we went out there was lots of fresh powder. In the afternoon it really cleared up and was so sunny. The views from snow shoeing in the middle of the mountains were incredible.
What I didn't take pictures of was my "ninja outfit" as I spend most of the trip in head to toe black, even my beanie and sunglasses, with double braids.
Hunter Gatherer in Whistler's upper village is a must for lunch/dinner. If you have 2-4 people you can get a tray with so many different options to share. I could not believe the amount of food.
Spent Saturday and Sunday in North Vancouver. Had to visit Café Crème in West Vancouver even though the motivation to study for the upcoming week was at an all time low.
