Week 10

Back to reality, aka more exams. First and only dermatology 'quiz' worth 20% of my mark. This seems like a big chunk but this is nothing compared to the End of Block right around the corner that encompasses 75% of my dermatology mark...ya yikes.

I have gotten into this habit. I don't know if you would consider this a good or a bad habit. Usually the evening before the exam I lose my motivation and cannot really listen to just music in the background while studying I have to have something else in the background. So I don't get too distracted, I usually put on a "children's movie" like Shrek or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The night before exams has resorted to always the first Shrek movie which usually I don't realize the movie is even over since after maybe actively listening to the first 20 minutes I can really get into my studying using it as "white noise".

Shocker...labs/tutorials the day before the End of Block which means a good chunk of my weekend that I could be studying is focused on lab or tutorial prep. Majority of Sunday was lab prep which nevertheless sucked, in better terms, since I did not get to actively studying until around 7pm.

The best part of the week was finally taking the time to treat myself to making real food. It didn't take as long as I thought it would, but in maybe a total of 2 hours I made homemade chicken taquitos....this was basically my diet for the entire weekend.

End of Block for Musculoskeletal and Dermatology is just around the corner....rip
