PEBC 1:1 Sessions

PEBCs are just around the corner which means it's time to dust off that CTC and tape your RxFiles back together.

Studying for the PEBCs can be very overwhelming since you don't know where to start...I mean four years of material in one exam...it's scary. I would not have made it through PEBCs without the support from my fellow pharmacy students and pharmacists in the community.

Over the past two years, teaching and mentoring have become passions of mine as I believe that as a pharmacy graduate, it is my job to share my knowledge and tools for success. I have failed and succeeded, learning a lot about myself along the way.

This year, I have decided to build my profile to offer 1:1 PEBC Prep sessions to UBC pharmacy students. I completed my PEBCs in the spring of 2022 and currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist ready to share my knowledge and tips for being successful on the upcoming PEBCs.

If this is something you are interested in learning more about, I have included the PEBC Session Package below which includes information about sessions, the cost breakdown, and how you can get started! I also suggest if these sessions are of interest to you, to take a look at my previous post 'Studying for the PEBCs: Part 1 MCQ' to learn about my learning and teaching style.

Consultation (free)

Free virtual 20 minute consultation before committing to future sessions (More info in package)

MCQ Tutoring ($40/hr)

Minimum 1 hour, max 3 hours for one session (More info in package)

OSCE Tutoring ($50/hr)

Minimum 1 hour, max 3 hours for one session (More info in package)

Why is there a cost per session?

This is not aimed to replace any prep course, this is a tutoring service. I would love to offer these sessions for free, but as I grow in my profession (and a poor pharmacy resident) my time is valuable. The previous blog post and free consultation are designed to support your decision to invest in me as a mentor/tutor. Since there is a cost, I by no means enforce a strong commitment to sessions and can do as many sessions as you want, even if it's just one MCQ or OSCE session.

***Disclaimer***

I will NOT be sharing what was on previous exams as I am bound by a legal contract I signed before starting my exams last spring.
